  • Can I re-take the post test if I do not pass?

    Yes, you can re-take the post test until you pass with a score of 80% or greater.

  • Am I able to watch the webinar on my phone?

    It is highly recommended you test your internet connection and watch the webinar on a computer. We use high quality videos to maximize the learning experience and you may experience lags if viewing from a cell phone.

  • I am able to see the slides but there is no sound.

    This is a browser specific setting. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to override local browser settings, however you can enable audio for our site! Some browsers by default mute audio to prevent sites from bothering you with sounds without your permission. Try adjusting your browser settings or try with another browser. For videos in your browser on iOS devices such as iPhones or iPads, this is a restriction set in place by the iOS developers and unfortunately the policy for this setting cannot currently be overwritten. But tapping on the screen when the slide loads should enable sound.
